The date and time you are about to select on this site will provide you with exclusive use of a party room
next to the pool deck for 2-hours.

No more than 35 swimmers, however you may have more people attend the party as long as they are not swimming. |

ARRIVAL
|
|
The party room will be available to you 15-minutes prior to your party start time for you to set-up, decorate, etc.

CHILDREN WHO CAN'T SWIM
|
|
Children using personal floatation devices MUST have a parent/guardian in the water within arm’s reach of the child at all times, (lifejackets are available upon request).

FOOD/DRINKS
|
|
Southeast Missouri State University is under contract with Chartwells for most food/beverage services for events held in the Student Aquatic Center. Groups may bring in pizzas or snacks, as long as the meal is not catered by an off-campus restaurant or facility. Hosts may bring in light snacks, non-alcoholic drinks and cake. Party hosts are encouraged to contact Chartwells Catering at 651-3511 to discuss food and beverage needs for your event. All food/drinks must stay in the party room, (they are not allowed on the pool deck). Drinks must in individual containers (i.e. juice boxes, capri-suns, water bottles, soda cans, cups with lids, etc.) CUPS WITHOUT LIDS ARE NOT PERMITTED!

CANCELLATIONS
|
|
Cancellations must be submitted to the Student Aquatic Center at (573) 651-2290 or csierman@semo.edu at least one week out prior to the start of the reservation for a refund. Any reservation cancelled less than one week from the start of the reservation is left to the discretion of Recreation Services for a refund. If a cancellation occurs, there is an option to reschedule the event or accept a gift certificate of equal value to schedule another event in the future.
