| Welcome to the Flu-Shot registration system. Follow the simple steps below to schedule an appointment. We hope that you will find this to be a quick and convenient process! |
| Members of the University health insurance program will have their claims filed with the University's insurance. Non-members (employees, spouses, retirees and spouses of retirees) may participate for a charge of $35.00 for individuals under 65 and $50.00 for individuals 65 and over. (The price difference is due to different types of vaccines.) Payment is due at the time of the shot by cash or check. |
