| We the members of The Delta Chi Fraternity, believe that great advantages are to be derived from a brotherhood of college and university men. We appreciate that close association may promote friendship, develop character, advance justice, and assist in the acquisition of a sound education. |

| Membership: |
| Any male student enrolled at Southeast Missouri State University shall be eligible for membership in the Southeast Missouri Chapter of Delta Chi. No person shall be denied membership in the Southeast Missouri Chapter based on race, color, creed, religion, national origin, handicap, age, or marital status. No man shall be eligible for membership who is, or was, a member of another National Interfraternity Conference (NIC) Fraternity. Membership in the Southeast Missouri Chapter shall be limited to active members and associate members. Membership shall be granted by an affirmative vote of two-thirds of the active members in good standing with the chapter. Any male student, to be eligible for membership in the Southeast Missouri Chapter of Delta Chi, must have a cumulative GPA of a 2.65 or above.
