Purpose of Organization: |
The purpose of the Black Student Union is to promote the recognition and involvement of African American students at Southeast Missouri State University with the intention of creating a strong voice on campus and to make an impact on the decisions regarding students of the University Community. Encourage achievement and personal development in leadership, time management, organizational networking and communication skills among the membership. |
Election Information: |
Elections will be held at the end of the spring semester at the end of April to elect the executive board and all other positions excluding our freshmen positions and those elections will take place at the end of September of the following school semester. |
Meeting Information: |
Meetings will be held every Sunday at 4:00pm in the UC Heritage Room |
