| Purpose of Organization: |
| The purpose of this organization is to give students a better knowledge of the animal world, increase student experiences with animals, as well as help students stay up to date on objectives required to be accepted into a College of Veterinary Medicine. |
| Election Information: |
| Elections for the following academic year will take place at the second to last meeting of the semester. Only students active in the club (the definition of an active member is listed in the constitution) qualify to run for positions. If for some reason an election cannot occur before the end of the spring semester, the current officers will remain active until the fall. It will be here that an officer election will occur at an official meeting for that academic year. If this is the instance, anyone can vote who is attending the meeting, but only those who meet the parameters for officer positions may run. |
| Meeting Information: |
| Meetings will be held every third Wednesday of the month at noon in Magill Hall, room 108, unless changed to a different room. This will remain consistent throughout both semesters unless edited by the officers. |
| Membership: |
| If a student is interested in joining the club, he or she should either attend a meeting for information on joining or contact either one of the officers or the faculty sponsor of the club. |
