| Purpose of Organization: |
| To create an increased awareness of the importance for developing and maintaining a high level of mental, emotional, spiritual, social, occupational, environmental, and physical health among fellow members.
To provide leadership and volunteer experiences for students in corporate, clinical, and community, fitness and health promotion settings.
To provide professional development opportunities such as American College of Sports Medicine certifications in the field of fitness and health promotion.
To serve as a resource clearinghouse for information and services pertaining to fitness and health promotion programs.

| Election Information: |
| Elections shall be held once a year during spring semester.
2Nominations for all elected offices shall be accepted from the floor.
A two-thirds majority vote of all active chapter members shall required to elect an officer.

| 1-2 Wednesdays a month during common hour (12:15 pm)
