Purpose of Organization: |
A Southeast Missouri State student organization for sport management majors, minors, and alumni set out to help others build connections with others of similar interest as well as with professionals with sport related careers. This organizations will help individuals grasp a better understanding of potential future careers and what all they intell as well as providing opportunities to apply for future internships. |
Election Information: |
Election and Removal
The officer election process will be done by the members of the Society during a meeting time. The process will be done by a hand raising process and majority of the vote will win the process. The removal of the officer will be done by the officers if we feel the member has not abided by the rules and has not made an attempt to abide by the rules.
Section 1: All club officers shall be elected in the fall semester and will serve a term of (month/year) to (month/year).
Section 2: Officer elections will consist of the following process:
A. Nomination process
B. Elections
C. Run-off elections, if necessary
Section 3: In the event an officer is judged to be deficient in his/her duties (as determined by a unanimous agreement of the remaining executive officers and advisor), he/she may be removed by a two-thirds vote of the active organization membership. The advisor shall oversee the process of removal from office.

Meeting Information: |
Section 1: All meetings will be held at the following times: Wednesdays at common hour (12 pm) in Parker room 108.

Membership: |
Section 2: To be eligible to vote, all members must: have paid all necessary dues for the Society, show up to a majority of the meetings (70% or meetings).
