Event Description:
We recognize that finals preparation can be tough! While individual tutorial and SI sessions end on Thursday, May 6, we wanted to provide an additional resource for our most requested courses. We will be offering our Finals Weekend Virtual Open Lab on Sunday, May 9 from 3:00pm-5:00pm and targeting the following courses:
• AC221
• BS113
• BS114
• CH341
• MA155
For the open lab, a Learning Assistant or SI Leader will be assigned to a breakout room. When you join the session, you will have the option of navigating to the breakout room for the subject of your choice. As this is an open lab, students have the opportunity to join your session at any time. Your Learning Assistant or SI Leader will try their best to divide their time evenly amongst the group. This is an as-needed service; you can stay for as little or as long as you like!
In addition, we recognize that there may be a need for a study space for courses not served by our team. If you are in need of a virtual study space for a course not covered, we will have several breakout rooms available. While these rooms won’t be staffed by a team member, it is the perfect opportunity to meet up with friends to study, without having to worry about hosting restrictions.
