The event is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. at the Center at 108 S. Progress Drive in Perryville.

Speaking at the event will be Kenneth W. Dobbins, president of Southeast Missouri State University, along with Lindsay Ernst a sophomore pre-business major from Perryville and Patricia Stapleton, a junior from Jackson, Mo. Both are students at PAHEC. Also on the program are Dorothy Hemmann, president of the Perry/Ste. Genevieve Counties Alumni Chapter; Jane Stacy, director of alumni services and development at Southeast Missouri State University; and Sally Werner, director of PAHEC.

The Perryville High School Jazz Band under the direction of Bill Fischer will provide entertainment. Jazz Band members scheduled to perform include Heather Schubert, Andrew Fair, Andrew Taylor, Josh Miesner, Ryan Pontillas, Jacob Edwards and Mike Williams.

Tours of the Perryville Area Higher Education Center building will be available before and after the dinner. A silent auction to benefit student scholarships also will be held. The meal will be prepared by the American Legion.

The Bank of Missouri is sponsoring the event.
