OPEN FORUM ON POST-WAR RECONSTRUCTION TO BE HELD APRIL 23

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., April 21, 2003 – The Phi Sigma Alpha Organization of Southeast Missouri State University will host an open forum on Post-War Reconstruction April 23.

The forum, which is free and open to the public, will be held at noon in Southeast’s Academic Auditorium.

The forum will consist of four Southeast professors from the disciplines of economics, history, political science and sociology. Each will speak on reconstruction issues from the perspective of their disciplines.
