FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE MEDIA ADVISORY WHAT: Adaptive students from the Jackson School District will have the opportunity to participate in gymnastics activities at Southeast Missouri State University. WHO: Adaptive students from the Jackson School District. Tom Farden, Southeast assistant women's gymnastics coach, will observe the students as they profit from the many positive experiences that result from engaging in gymnastic activities. Dr. Kathy Riggen, Southeast assistant professor of physical education and middle and secondary education, and University students in her classes will provide hand-on experience teaching children with disabilities in a physical education setting.
