FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE REGENTS AMEND CHARTER OF ST. LOUIS CHARTER ACADEMY
CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., Dec. 13, 2002 - The Southeast Missouri State University Board of Regents today voted to amend the charter of the St. Louis Charter Academy to provide for opening of that academy in July 2004 instead of July 2003. The extension provides that the academy resolve a number of issues raised by the University Charter School Evaluation Committee prior to Dec. 1, 2003. A progress report on resolution of the issues will be due in May 2003. | |
