FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE CO-CHAIRS NAMED FOR SAHEC FUND-RAISING DINNER
CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., Aug. 9, 2002 - Two chairpersons have been named to spearhead the Sikeston Area Higher Education Center's (SAHEC) fund-raising dinner celebration next February in Sikeston. Kim Heckemeyer and Brian Menz are serving as dinner co-chairs. Heckemeyer will serve as banquet chair. Menz is coordinating lead gifts. Heckemeyer is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law and is an attorney with the Sikeston law firm of Burns & Taylor, LLC. Heckemeyer and her husband, Joe, have one daughter and are expecting a second child in January. Heckemeyer is a member of St. Francis Xavier Parish and is president of the Scott County Bar Association. Menz is employed by Menz and Menz. He is a 1989 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University. In addition to their leadership, Bill and Glenna Priday will serve as co-chairs for the SAHEC Auction to be held in conjunction with the dinner. | |
