FIELD PASSES TO BE DRAWN MONDAY FOR SOUTHEAST @ BUSCH STADIUM 2002

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., May 17, 2002 - Six field passes will be drawn Monday, May 20, that will allow people on the field for a pre-game ceremony when the Southeast Missouri State University Alumni Association hosts Southeast @ Busch Stadium 2002.

The drawing will be held in the Alumni Services office. Those wishing to be eligible for the drawing must purchase their tickets by Monday. Southeast @ Busch 2002 is scheduled for June 1.

Southeast has 1,000 tickets available in its block of seats to sell to Southeast friends and alumni when the St. Louis Cardinals take on the Pittsburgh Pirates. The seating is located in the upper deck.

Kim Groves, director of Alumni Services at Southeast, encourages all St. Louis alumni and friends of Southeast to join in the fun.

"We hope to have a big Southeast crowd on hand to cheer the Cardinals on," she said. "So get your tickets now, and we'll see you at the ballpark."

Southeast @ Busch Stadium 2002 is being sponsored by the Southeast Missouri State University Alumni Association.

A pre-game party is scheduled for 5 p.m. at Sverdrup Plaza, located just across the street from Busch Stadium. The game begins at 7:10 p.m.

Game tickets are $17 for adults, $16 for dues paying members of the Southeast Alumni Association, and $14 for children ages four to 15. Cost of the pre-game party is $5 for adults. Children six and under are free. Transportation to St. Louis via a chartered bus is available for $18 per person.

T-shirts for Southeast Day at Busch Stadium are $10 for small to large, $11 for X-large, and $12 for XX-large. Checks should be made payable to Southeast Missouri State University.
