SPRING BREAK HOURS TO BE OBSERVED MARCH 18-22

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., March 15, 2002 – Southeast Missouri State University will observe shortened office hours during spring break week scheduled for March 18-22.

Hours will be 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. except in executive offices, which will remain open through 5 p.m. throughout the week. University offices will resume regular hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on March 25.

The Student Recreation Center (SRC) also will observe shortened facility hours during spring break. Hours will be 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. on March 18-22. On March 15, 16 and 23, the facility will be open from noon to 7 p.m. The SRC will be closed on March 17. The SRC will resume regular hours on March 24.

A necessary outage for University electric and steam system repairs is scheduled for March 17. The outage will affect all major campus buildings.

During the electric outage, power will not be available for the major campus buildings. In addition, the University's Internet and network access will not be available from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
