Brazilian Carnival Night

Event Description:
A high-energy night where you can celebrate the richness and diversity of Brazil by enjoying traditional Brazilian dishes, games and interactive performances. The highlight of the night will be a live show performance by Samba Bom, a renowned Samba Live Brazilian music and dance group, who will bring the Carnival energy to the heart of Cape Girardeau. We will also count with the participation of DJ Coty Kellison, who will be performing his last show in Cape Girardeau; Dill Costa, a famous Brazilian singer and actress that participated in several Brazilian TV dramas and Carnival parades in Rio de Janeiro; Edilson Lima, a professional Brazilian dancer who has performed in several television shows and festivals in Brazil; and Moacyr Marchini, a renowned Brazilian percussionist and singer. The night will also include a demonstration of the country’s most popular martial arts called Capoeira, samba lessons, and other cultural performances from different parts of Brazil.
