The Rec will offer our “tranquil Thursday” night classes free this week to celebrate a strong mind and body during EDAW week. Here is a list of our schedule on this night:
4:15 – 5:00 p.m. – Yoga Flow
5:15 – 6:00 p.m. – Barre Body
6:30 – 7:20 p.m. – Pilates
7:30 – 8:20 p.m. – CandleLit Yoga
