FREE Lunch Xpress Muscles

Event Description:
Take it back to the basic core strengthening moves such as squats, lunges, chest press, rows, shoulder press, dead lift, etc. in this fun, strength-building weight training class. We will use barbells, dumbbells, bands and other small weight equipment during this class.This class is 30 minutes.
