Event Description:
TRX Suspension Training is a unique total body workout involving bodyweight exercise movements where either the participant’s hands or feet are supported by a single anchor point while the opposite end of the body is in contact with the ground. We have also added in RIP Trainers to add more core training into your workout. Only 8 participants will be allowed per class so please sign up by downloading the im leagues APP or using the mobile site.
